Last Sunday Geoff and I took the girls to Seaworld. We watched the Clyde and Seamore show and the girls loved it. Bailey pointed at the seals the entire time and laughed. It was great!Enjoy!!!

Steak Sandwich for my Husband.
I found an amazing website today. It rocked. I actually think I am going to make a couple of her recipes this week. I followed the recipe mostly, but I added a little of my touches. The website is http://thepioneerwoman.com/. She is awesome!!!! Her recipes are incredible. What a great find!!
I made a regular toss salad with homemade croutons with the steak sandwich. I just cut up lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and add cheese and croutons. This salad I always make a lot of and keep in my fridge for a quick lunch for myself.

-Slice onions and cook in 1/4 stick butter until soft and light brown. Remove and set aside.-Slice cube steak against the grain. Season with Lawry’s. -Heat 2 TBSP butter over high heat (in same skillet) until melted and beginning to brown. -Add meat in single layer. Cook one side until brown, then flip and cook until brown, about a minute on both sides. -Add 1/2 (at least) Worcestershire sauce, 5 to 6 shakes Tabasco, and 2 TBSP butter. Add cooked onions. Stir. Top with toasted bread.
I also added cheese to the bread. Swiss.(Moz or Prov would be good too) That is my husbands fav.
I also used my sandwich press to brown both sides of the bun before topping it with the cheese and meat.
