Twice Baked Potatoes for Papa

As I mentioned before, I am staying with my in-laws until my husband has us moved. My father-in-law mentioned one of his favorites is twice baked potatoes....I HAD TO MAKE THEM FOR HIM!


Twice Baked Potatoes

4 very large russet potatoes
1 cp. sour cream
1/2 cp. milk
1.2 tsp. salt and pepper
8 slices of bacon, cooked
1 cp. cheddar cheese
4 tb butter
1. Bake the potatoes on 350 for a hour.
2. Remove. Slice in half and remove the pulp carefully. Add the pulp to a bowl. Add the sour cream, butter, milk, salt, pepper and half of the cheddar and bacon.
3. Top each with the remaining half of the bacon and cheese.
4. Bake on 400 for 10-15 min.
EAT!!!!



These are so so good. They are not the best for you, but they are worth the extra exercise every once in awhile.
