4 very large russet potatoes
1 cp. sour cream
1/2 cp. milk
1.2 tsp. salt and pepper
8 slices of bacon, cooked
1 cp. cheddar cheese
4 tb butter
1. Bake the potatoes on 350 for a hour.
2. Remove. Slice in half and remove the pulp carefully. Add the pulp to a bowl. Add the sour cream, butter, milk, salt, pepper and half of the cheddar and bacon.
3. Top each with the remaining half of the bacon and cheese.
4. Bake on 400 for 10-15 min.
EAT!!!!
Delicious! Comforting! I could have them for breakfast. What a knowing father-in-law you have!
