Kiddo Bagel Bites

My mother use to make these when I was little. Oh. How. Incredible. It was a favorite for my brother, sisters and I. We would devour these Lil things in no time.
I knew it would be a favorite for my girls too.
I called my mom for the recipe and she could not recall it.
I called my grandmother and she could not recall the recipe.
I had to improvise!
It was still a hit with the kiddos!!!

Bagel Bits

Bag of mini bagels
Jar of Old English Cheese (Found where the bagged shredded cheese is)
2 TB Mayo
Peperoni
Parm. Cheese

1. Mix the English Cheese and the Mayo until well combined.
2. Cut the peperoni into small triangles.
3. Cut the bagels in half and the cheese mixture sprinkle with the peperoni and then the parm cheese.
4. Bake on 350 for about 15 minutes until browned.

YUMMY. TIME TO EAT!!

  2. I jealous we just had PB&J growing up! I remember when frozen bagel bites hit the store, they are not very good, but a great idea, so I can see these being wonderful!
